Booking an appointment online Requires a non refundable $20 deposit. Payments can be sent to Paypal.me/Stylesbyshay , CashApp $Crownedbyshay ,or ZELLE 7739530445.
Due at the time of scheduling to avoid automated cancellation.

Rescheduling & Late Fees
If you must reschedule to a new date it must be done 48 hours before your appointment to transfer your previous deposit.Same day cancellations or less than 48hrs will require a new deposit payment, No Exceptions.
Running behind DO contact your stylist for next steps, after 15 minutes your appointment may be cancelled or required to pay a Late fee.
Preparing for Arrival
Arrive with freshly washed & blown out hair to avoid any upcharge ,unless a shampoo set was previously scheduled. No added products or oils. Coarse, matted, mid-back hair, and/or hair 4" and shorter will be subject to small fee.
-NO EXTRA GUESTS or children not being serviced.
-Face coverings are to be worn throughout the duration of your service.
Remainder total is DUE in CASH, however card payments are accepted with a $5 surcharge to Paypal, Zelle , or CashApp
