In the event of loss/Stolen parcel you are required to follow up with USPS and complete a police report.

-How will I know my jewelry piece will make it in time?
Please allot 2-3 weeks from ordering date for custom pieces.
-My items arrived damaged, what next?
Email a claim to our customer service(prettydivinecompany@gmail.com) with images of how the items arrived.
-Will my Accessory pieces be real gold?
We use sterling silver or copper for our custom pieces, they are then dipped and plated which allows the product to last for years. Tarnish free.
-Where do you get your seamoss?
Our seamoss is wild crafted not "raised" shipped directly from St. Lucia Jamaica
